I have been a Realtor for several years now and I enjoy working with Buyers and Sellers to help them reach their home sale or purchase goals. I have lived in the Billerica area since 1987. I work in the Middlesex and Essex counties helping my clients as these are areas I am very familiar with. 

Personalized service is very important to me. I like to really understand my clients needs and wants for selling or buying and it is critical that I spend the time to do so and help prepare my clients for their home sale or purchase. Some people are ready quickly and others need time to make decisions and prepare - I am comfortable with working within my clients timeline.If you are buying a home - whether your first or one of many, I will help you evaluate the areas, understand the upcoming process in today's real estate environment and be flexible in getting you in to the homes in a timely manner.If you are considering selling your home, I am happy to meet with you to understand your needs and desires, evaluate the current market pricing and give you some help with feedback on preparing your home for the market to ensure a highest price possible scenario.Giving back to the community is one of my companies missions and one of my personal missions as well. I founded the Kristen Corbett Memorial Scholarship Foundation that provides College Scholarships to local youth and am also involved in a local non-profit - Billerica Neighbor Brigade - that provides assistance to needy families in the area as well. Keeping informed with industry information is important to me so I can better serve my cliens. I am a member of the Womens' Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors.
